These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nepsis mobile application (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

Nepsis is a screen time management tool for iOS that helps you set limits and restrictions on app usage using Apple's Screen Time APIs. Features may include scheduled blocks, strict mode, passcode protection, optional iCloud sync, and premium features available via subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Application. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
Price changes: Subscription prices may change. Apple will notify you of price changes in accordance with App Store policies.
Free trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name → Subscriptions
Select Nepsis and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Premium access continues until the period ends.

5. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the Application or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app (available on the subscription screen or in Settings) while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

6. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. See reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple's support documentation for refund eligibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
Circumvent subscription or security features in ways that violate Apple's or our terms

8. Screen Time and Device Permissions

The Application requires Screen Time permissions to function. Blocking effectiveness depends on iOS system behavior, device settings, and your configuration. We do not guarantee that restrictions will prevent all access in every scenario.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Application.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
